Congrats Gohn (and judges)on keeping the LM alive.

It is apparent by the amount of entrys that people are still very interested in the LM and its format.

I tip my hat to all of you for your time and trouble.

i'm bribing myself with hershey kisses and a new pair of fuzzy slippers. i think if i do that, i'll give me a good score on my poem. i might just throw some apple juice into the deal if i decide i'm too good a judge to be bribed by chocolate and slippers alone.

Not to sure but do you think you have a conflict of interest here? I mean apple juice is gonna taste sour after eating hershey kisses ? I would just go with the choc and slippers.

I hereby declare chocolate a forbidden substance; any ingestion of this substance by a judge will subsequently exclude them from non-biased judging. This is because chocolate is well known to alter brain waves; countless studies have demonstrated the sense of well being and general contendeness produced by chocolate. This may affect their ability to judge adversely. From this declaration onwards, all judges about to eat chocolate must instead post it to me (PM me for address).

Well I have to get through the weekend. I have been off work sick yesterday and today, got a lot done on my short story, at this point I do not care if I ever go back to work, I will write full time, yes thats what I will do.

Ok I am high on cough syrup right now I think.

Thanks for your volunteer duties of judging by the way.

i enjoy judging greatly, though i've only done it twice now. the fact that they let me do it makes me feel special.

i was unable to bribe me for a better score. i have entirely too strong a set of morals so i just wouldn't budge no matter what i offered to me.
