My name is Katelyn, and I am 16 years old. Writing is, at the core, part of my being...It's been a hobby (and now passion) of mine since I first picked up a pen! lol

I'm also an avid reader...play the clarinet, bass clarinet, and alto sax, and am learning the flute =]

Attending a college near me in the fall of '08 through PSEO program (ask if you want to know what that means, exactly) rather than junior/senior year at HS... I'm excited.

Faith plays a major role in my life..

I'm an introvert, but not afraid to speak up.

PSEO (Post-Secondary Enrollment Options)

I attend college for junior/senior years (it is only an option for juniors and/or seniors), and I receive both high school and college credit. It is paid by the state (I live in the United States) or school system. I'm doing this to be challenged, meet new people, broaden my horizons, and because I'm ready. It's not been a rash decision at all- I've been thinking about this for the past three years and have talked to many people about it.
