Hello, new here!!

Hello everyone, I live in the US (Wisconsin) and I thought I would join this forum so I could associate with other fellow writers. I'm male and 30 years old and have taken it up myself to begin writing a book. My goal is to write a self-help book for my own life, but I want to inspire and help others as well. I plan on writing about the Mind, body, and spirit connection and how to find direction, fulfillment and harmony in one's life. I've had this calling now for many years and now I've finally decided to sit down and get serious about it. So, I guess that's it for now. If anyone has any suggestions on how to even begin writing my book, I'd like to hear your opinion.... Thanks!!

Hello and let me be the first to welcome you to Writing Forums. As for how to write your book: one word, write. Don't stall thinking about it, just write.

Sam.

We can give you more insight if you showed us some other works, so we can see your style.
Find satisfaction in whatever you write.

Welcome! If you have been planning to write this self-help book for awhile now, you may want to jot down a quick outline of where you want to go. Then just start writing it out. Good luck and we'll all be here if you need help.
