Hi, it seems I was very fortunate to bump into this forum during a Google search. I was very impressed with the constructive communication that goes on here, so I really couldn't resist creating an account. I can say with confidence it really contrasts what I see on a majority of forums.
Anyway, a little on myself, I am a 15 year old teenager in high school and for some odd reason I really enjoy writing. It seems a great way to express creativity, if I have any that is. So my primary reason for joining this forum is to grow as a writer, but it also seems I would enjoy adding a little input on different topics discussed here. Besides reading/writing I also have an avid interest in music. I'm currently an inept, but progressing, electric bassist. As far as my musical interests are concerned, my favorite musician is most certainly Frank Zappa. But I also enjoy a good bit of the metal and jazz worlds: Opeth, Blind Guardian, Weather Report, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Death, Dream Theater, Between the Buried and Me, Primus, et cetera.
I wish I had something a little more significant to say at the moment, but I don't. So I guess I will see you all around. I'm sure I'll have a great time here, and thanks for reading.
