Smile Why I never finish anything!

Hi all
New to the forum and looking forward to getting and giving some contructive crits.

Just realised that registering for the forum almost entirely describes why I don't think I'll ever finish any writing:
  1. Looked at the Terms and Conditions while signing up and the first thing mentioned that all subject lines must be PG. Spent half an hour looking for anything that could be abreviated to PG in the T&Cs - no joy.
  2. Spent another half an hour guessing a sensible meaning for PG - no joy.
  3. Googled PG. Spent an hour trying to fit one of the definitions into something you could do with a Subject line - no joy.
  4. Spent another half an hour inventing humorous meanings for PG - some laughs but no progress.
  5. Realised that the beeping about an hour ago was the oven timer. Spent half an hour putting out the fire.
Now, on reflection, I can see that although I've managed to entertain myself for some time, I still don't know what PG Subjects are. I've now typed out my first posting and am living in fear that my subject is non-PG and that my whole forum career will be over before it got started.

Now take the scenario above an apply it to the rest of my life and there you go!

Well, hope to get to know some of you in the future - if I manage to avoid distraction long enough to write anything. Now, what do these buttons do on the 'Post New Thread' page...

Welcome. I like your intro. Maybe you should write a story about PG. LOL

That sounds too familiar - except the oven thing. God bless the microwave.

Welcome, have fun

BTW, I had to finally yank out my internet connection while writing just to stay focused.
