Hi y'all - I'm not dead yet.
Hi everybody,
As you can see, I'm still alive (by a majority vote), 51 and married, I live in West Yorkshire, work in a post-room and write at the weekends - I'm usually too knackered during the week to do more than make notes, when I can find a working pen that is. I just graduated from uni but nobody's hammering at my door, begging me to work for them. The post room job is temp only but it keeps me in cornflakes and Pot Noodles so I'm okay with that.
I've no big ambition to be the next Steven King or whatever, I write because I love to create.
I scuttled over here from the Lit.org site where I've been for the last 5 years or so. My username there is Ogg and you're welcome to check out my stuff, if you like.

I'm new here myself. I live in the desert Southwest USA and it is snowing here for heavens sake, so I dread to imagine winter in Yorkshire. Warmer perhaps, but plenty of cloudy skies and rain.
