Hello from the SF Bay Area
Hi everyone. Although I have many writing projects in the works, my current focus is nonfiction. I'd like to network but don't know where I belong. I'm writing a book on how to get your life back again after chronic illness. I'd say this book falls under Health, Alternative Medicine, and having a Positive Attitude. This is an idea book or a creative way to look at recovering.
Am I a square peg here? Does anyone know of another forum that might be more appropriate for my work?
I love to read the work of others and to give feedback, not matter what the genre. I admire anyone brave enough to finish their work and get it out there.

Hi there marshadancer and welcome to Writing Forums
There is a non-fiction forum on here, so maybe you could post your work in there.

Welcome to the forum, Marsha. I'm sure you'll find a place here to put up your work, also get to know some people!

Hi marshadancer,
It's good to see another writer who is focusing on non-fiction. The majority of my own writing circles around T'ai Chi, alternative medicine, and meditation.
Good Luck with the book,
Rumpole40k

Can you please post a link for me to some of your writing? Thanks.

Don't keep my writing online (like a my space account or anything). Check out the current (Dec. 2007) issue of T'ai Chi magazine, I made the cover. I'm the one in the black uniform with the bush behind him.
