Hi, all. Editor on board..come visit!
Hi! I just signed up to see what conditon our condition was in....
A short intro for me, and I hope you do the same. I'm Ed, the Editorial Director for 10th Power Media, a publisher of online magazines. Please come check out my newest, www.writersguidemonthly.com and then see what else we have planned for us writers, and you editors. I think this is a great opportunity for us all. It's been good to me, and I think it'll be good for the community.
That's it!
Have a swell one....
Ed

thats a very strange phrase indeed, Ed. perhaps he is indicating that writing is some sort of "condition" and collectively we all suffer that condition and he, being the editor, is looking to diagnose said condition.
or maybe my mind is in overdrive
at any rate, welcome!

hi, thanks for the nice welcome. no, i'm a contributor, but i'm also an editor--don't like editors? i'll apologize now for helping other get published, mea culpa.
"see what condition our condition was in" is a paraphase of a 60's song--ask your folks....okay....maybe grandfolks....

It's a line from a Kenny Roger's Song, Just Dropped In (To See What Condition My Condition Was In). Featured prominantly in The Big Lebowski.

Hi there, Yikes, I was at their concert in about 1973 or so( Kenny Rogers and the First Edition, if my memory serves correct ), am I really that old. And not a grandpa yet. Nice to see an editor on board in a forum, a different perspective.
