My Greetings

I figured that since I plan to post more here, I might as well say hello.

Basic Info:

I'm an 18 year old student full of existential thought and ramen noodles.

Meh, who needs nutrition when your mind is aglow with whirling, transient nodes of thought careening thru a cosmic vapor of invention?

Haha. See, my brother's obsessed with easy mac, my dad likes ramen noodles, and I can't stomach either! I prefer popcorn, or cookies. *mmm* My mom likes brussle sprouts. And my dog likes the next door neighbor.

My family is just loads of fun, eh?

So, you in college?

A few more months of high school, unfortunately. The end is near, though!

I've still got 2 years, so count your blessings.

Any particular colleges you've got your eye on?

Hopefully I'll be getting into Virginia Tech. I applied early decision there, so I'll know on December 15. It'd be sort of nice going to school in the middle of nowhere after living here for so long.

Oh, but D.C.'s so pretty! It's so much calmer and fresher than Atlanta. All we have here is traffic, polution, and bad public transport. Ugh.

Well, good luck on Virginia Tech. Whatcha majoring in?
(I'm nosy, I know. Well, bored and nosy.)

I'm gonna go either business, marketing, or pre-law. I was considering Engineering, but its such a hard major that I'm not gonna bother.

Yeah, it's rough. My brother's doing computer engineering and music composition... quite the double major.

I'm not so hard working as he. I'm probably going to do writing or some various form of that. Although, science isn't completely out of the question...

Sounds like you might have a (roaring case of) senioritis. Congratulations.

Go for marketing... especially if you're a good liar...er.... communicator. Just make sure you get a bulletproof vest before you start your first job.

.....................oh, and welcome to the forums.

Ahh ramen...my old friend. I blame my freshman thirty on that damned food, along with easy-mac, and my crappy dining hall ("look guys, french fry bar again!"...).
