Good afternoon..
Hello everyone...
I'm back at writing after a year or so...I have so many unfinished short stories and novels. It seems I "chicken out" before completing something and sending it out. I write poetry as well. It's not the rejection letters I am afraid of...I think I may actualy be afraid of..succeeding.
I'll soon be 37 and I promised myself I'd be published by 40. I set time aside every day to write even though I work full time and I love the writing process! Anyone else feel this way? I don't really have anyone to discuss this with as none of my friends or family really appreciate my drive to do this. I live Toronto , Ontario Canada.
I'm glad I found this forum to be able to discuss and bounce ideas off fellow writers.
Hope to chat/correspond with some of you soon.

Psh, I hate the writing process. I really don't like reading stuff I wrote, thus not much editing occurs.
I really hope you work up enough courage to send something off . I think it'd be marvelous.
