Hi...
Hi, I'm Bella. I am a 10th grader in Ann Arbor, Michigan, ride my bike to school every day (sometimes through daunting drifts of snow), and like literary criticism, philosophy, Latin, piano, and my Calculus class. Writing has always been a hobby for me; I have been published once. I like writing essays and fiction equally; usually essays on humanities and historical fiction. I suppose one could apply this quotation to me: "She is too fond of books, and it has turned her brain." (--Louisa May Alcott.) My favourite authors are Madeleine L'Engle, Jane Austen, Victor Hugo, Emily Bronte, George Eliot, Chaim Potok, Mervyn Peake, James Joyce, Arthur Miller, Louisa May Alcott, and J.R.R. Tolkien.

Ann Arbor, eh? I used to live there, but my Grandparents do now. A Madeleine L'Engle fan also huh? So does that mean you're more into the sci-fi/weird than fantasy, or both?
