so i guess i made it to heaven

Wow, I'm so happy I found this forum. I have a feeling I'm about to become hopelessly addicted.

Let's see, introductions... what can I say about myself on the internet... ooh I got one. Okay so I graduated from college in May. And now I'm looking for a job. I had a job until today but it was seasonal and I was already stretching it by staying on til the end of October, so workng November would be out of the question. Kind of figured I'd have a job by now but I didn't start tryng until a few weeks ago. Please don't ask me what I want to do. Ask anything but that.

I mostly write fiction, but I'm rarely comfortable sharing my stories. The problem with that is that I get bored of writing a story if I don't get any feedback, but I'm too self conscious to ask for any. It's not that I never show people my stories; I would just rather share a lot more. Because otherwise what's the point?

I look forward to reading you,

Maggie

Talking Welcome!

And where do you want to do it? Well, that didn't come out quite right! LOL Welcome Maggie. Everyone is friendly here--and I'm sure--supportive. I'm new here, too. Post something--it won't hurt a bit. Geanee

HI Maggie--I think you will definitely find this site addictive, and that posting something here won't be nearly as hard as you think (anonymity and all that makes it so much easier). I personally find it much easier to share my poetry here than with friends/family.
