If I must
Hello to you all.
I'm what I would I would consider a fledgling writer. A writer who has, thus far, received creative input only from friends. You know the deal. "Yeah, man! That's great! I loved it! Now do one about me." Sometimes you need a stranger's unbiased opinion of your work, because there are more of those who are completely unfamiliar to you than those who aren't.
Anywho, this is the "hi my name is..." portion of my introductory post:
Name: William
Location: A dark place where horrors untold leap out at you with nasty, sharp, pointed teeth.
Age: 33
Genre: I'll write in any genre. Fantasy seems to come easiest to me, but true crime and a sort of 40's Pulp Gumshoe have also been known to spill from my brain onto a page or two.
I've only been able to manage extremely short stories to this point, because I often write myself into cramped corners. Hopefully, your brutal honesty will either deter me from writing forever or encourage me to improve.
