The little link at the top of the page tells me that I've not posted a message here yet and should do so first in the introductions forum ... and I'm not one to argue with little links at the tops of pages so ...
I'm a 21 year old student currently studying in Seoul on a year-long exchange program (finishing up in December as it happens - not long now).
I cannot call myself a writer but I have a lot of stories I'd love to tell and here looks like a good place to learn how (anyone who wants to look at my blog will see just how much I have to learn
).
My literary influences (is that a proper 'writerly' way to say authors I like ? lol) include (in no particular order):
Hemmingway
Bill Bryson
Leon Uris
Dan Brown (The Davinci Code was an absolute cracking read).
and sadly enough I cannot ignore the authors of the numerous legal and/or language text books I've subjected myself to over the last few years ... but I will

I look forward to learning all I can around here, who knows maybe one day I'll even be able to tell a story somebody may like to read.
