New to the forums.
Hello everyone.
I have such a strong interest in writing, so I decided to find some sort of message-board to learn more about writing. I have a strong passion for Sci-fi, and Fantasy. To me, its just no fun reading Non-Fiction. I'm so bored of reality already, I don't need more of it.
Also, I'm not the best with spelling. Its a downfall of mine, but I suppose that can all be fixed in editing.
And... I'm 15 years old. I have been reading/writing Sci-fi/Fantasy since around 5 or 6 years old. I know I'm young, but I have more passion for writing than anything else I do. When I write its like I escape from the world I'm forced to live in, and can create and live in my own universe. And also, just because I'm younger than the majority of you, don't go easy on criticizing any of my work that I post, I'd like to improve on everything I can, espessially if I want to make this into a career!
Andddd... I must say that is it! I look forward to meeting you all.

Hi Si|2en - unusual name - are you really the inner force of Zen?
Welcome to WF, & I wouldn't worry about being younger than most; there're a lot of teens here, including some who have shocked the board when we found out their real age.
There are Mentors to help with site questions & the rest of us to help with writing, so browse & have fun...

Thanks for the warm welcome Journyman.
I didn't do a whole lot of exploring on the boards before I registered, so I did not know there are other teens here.
EDIT: About my name, the |2 is an R. Its Siren.
"In Arabia there are white snakes, with wings, called sirens, which cover the ground faster than horses, but are also said to fly. Their is poison is so strong that if you are bitten by it you die before you feel the pain."
