hi y'all

I'm here wandering the aether, having escaped (or been cast out of)enflamed and imploding boards elsewhere, looking for a new place to anchor myself. I dabble in many things, travel frequently and am passionate about music, well, certain kinds of music. I've tried my hand at poetry, and, though I like some of my output - managed to get some published a few years ago - have been feeling blocked of late. Looking for a spark or a catalyst. Got one to share/spare?

Glad ta have ya. The boards do seem to disappear after a while, don't they?

Hmm, well as for a spark or catalyst...might I suggest going to the Writing Challenges forum? There are also some word games to play that I have found stimulating. Otherwise, just looking around at all the stuff posted can help...or clicking on the "Unanswered" link of your avatar's little corner.

Well, hope that helps...looking forward to reading some of your stuff...good luck.

C.T.

Whoa there, that's a weird avatar! Porcupine Tree and Blue Oyster Cult? Two of my favorites bands...

Welcome, and I do hope you like Pink Floyd...

I hope this one will be around for quite a while. I have no intention to leave.

Thanks, all, for the welcomes! And, yes, Pink Floyd is another of my strong likes. I'm more leaning to "Dogs" than "Sheep" even if there are 3 different ones.
