The Holy Moly
Aiche ee double hockey sticks oh everybody!

I almost always take everything with a grain of salt and I remember that I am just as unique as everybody else! (This is my poor excuse for the cheesy subject line )

I have already posted of a couple of times and just like trying to name a book or story I find introducing myself equally difficult until I've written a little.

For some odd reason (I'm blaming bad gap in my synapses (synapsi?(synapses is correct (are correct?) I just looked)) I need to get in there with a feeler gauge and check) in 5 years I never thought to look up "writing forums". I had searched plenty for writing tutorials, writing help, my writing sucks, etc. I am and have been a member of several forums. Video game forums, car forums, forums that really don't have a reason to exist except for some friends to BS the day away while at work. It just dawned on me last week that such a forum might exist for writers. I put it in the search box and jackpot! I felt so proud of myself. (You have to keep in mind that I came to realize the meaning of Community Service (Monopoly) at the young age of ohhhh 22 I think.)

The realizations I have made over the last few years are absolutely astounding. Therefore I thought it in my best interest I should post all my beginnings of stories (You see they have no middle or end, it's sad really) on a forum so that my ego doesn't get so big it threatens my home and family.

I imagine I will also find out whether or not I really want to write. It's one of those things that seems very exciting until I pick up the pen and apply it to paper. I thought at first there must be some magnetism at work that kept the tip of the pen from connecting with the surface of the paper. So I tried a pencil with the same result. Therefore I concluded it must be pens and pencils. Recently I tried this with the PC and I think I have finally realized that it was neither the pen nor the pencil but rather something to do with magnets implanted into my finger tips and the keys. Some people might call that being paranoid. Whatever that means.

Anyway, more about me and less about you.

I am one of two full blooded siblings, one of four no blooded siblings and one of three awesome half blooded siblings whom (who? If someone would edumacate me on who and whom that would be fantastic) I consider to be 100% my full blooded sisters. They are the best (I am not just saying this because there's a possibility of support in my golden years considering I am 11 years older than my oldest little sister) sisters anyone could have. Period.

I have lived most of my life in California with a short time in Florida, a longer time in North Carolina and not quite so much time now in Illinois (haha I love pronouncing it Illinoise, although it annoys me when people pronounce often as off-tin instead of off-in and eggsit rather than x-it...then there's Feh-brew-airy...ok I'll shut up). If I have learned one thing it is that North Carolina is humid as hell and Illinois is cold as hell (assuming it's the frozen over version).

Gosh, I just realized this intro is turning into a monster. I better stop while I'm ahead or I may never get anyone to read another post with my name on it. Then I would have to make up a new handle and that would require a new intro and-damn this cycle crap.

Good day!

I think that's the longest intro I've seen on this site.

Welcome to the forums!
