There is always a proper time.
During the time that I have been writing prose and poetry, there have been moments of self-doubt when the sky has seemed dark and unforgiving. Sometimes during those storms I have expected sun and received only cold rain. Those were instances when I reached deeply into my haversack and pulled out the fortitude to produce some of my best work. Perhaps a writer needs to experience the worst in order to have a handle on expression. Perhaps the very soul of expression is born in the depths of misery. Nevertheless, a forum is always needed for a writer to breath.
