Hiya!

A dear friend advised me to find a writing forum and so - tada! - here I am.

About me:
1. I am a 26 yr. old first grade teacher.
2. I am a self-proclaimed 'word geek.'
3. I have just started writing again after a very very long hiatus. (You'll also find that I can't spell... . First grade spelling rubs off on me.)

I am kind of writing in the closet right now. I'm sure you all can understand. I am hesitant to share my writing with the people in my life because I don't tend to write anything deep and inspirational and I don't want them to think my writing is a joke.

So, this dear friend suggested that I find a forum. And it's a good idea. I can use a lot of advice!!! So "THANK YOU" in advance!!!

Welcome! Please post your work--no one will ridicule you. Most of the members of writingforums.com are very kind. They will take your writing seriously, if you do so as well. Writing does not have to be “deep and inspirational” to be good. Everyone has his or her own style, and I am sure you are no exception. Relax, post, and enjoy being a member of this online community.

I did it because I am a genius.

No, I put it in Photobucket and had it resized there. Yay! (By the way, I didn't make it to my school today. I sat and reached pg. 20 of my story instead. )

Daniela - thank you for the lovely greeting!! That was very good to hear!!!

Yeah, I don't know what posessed me to jump into that convo. Way to make friends, Beck. *sigh*

I've got this forum and the NOITIIMT forum both up on my computer. When did I turn the corner and officially enter 'geekdom'.

*heehee...geekDom...*

Well, I don't know about the cutest ever. LOL.

I was just looking for an excuse to use the term 'geekdom' before. *shrugs*
