I am returning

Do I get a welcome back?

I took a little time off. Life got a little hectic, but I am sure that is not what you want to hear about right now. My name is Mike, I am from North Carolina. At that is present time my wife and I just went to into business for ourselves and we love it. A little tiring but it is fun. So figured once we got things together I could work on my writing more. I love to write I just get huge writers blocks and run out of ideas, but now I am refreshed and I know there is a new idea lurking aroudn every corner. I am 26, I have a 2 year old son whom I love very much and a beautiful wife who is always pushing me to do the next big thing. I love her for it. I am a writer of fiction, I try to mix all genres so I don't have to just stick to one or really be predictable. Variety is always the best thing. Any way that is enough babble from me right now.

(deep breath)

It's good to be back.............

Welcome back to the forums Sure does sound like you have a busy life. I have a friend who started up his own business, and he has no free time at all. Anyway, I hope to see some of your work here.

Thanks

Having your own business is fun, but there is so much stress involved with it that some time all you wanna do is just sit down and wonder what you got into. I enjoy a new challenge is what everyone needs.

I to look forward to seeing some of your work.

what business do you run?

just think about when your boy has grown up, we'll be giving our children more opportunities for when they leave school...

Better

Holly I don't care what i have to do, buti know my child will have the best. Yeah it is hard work but heck someone has to do it. The business my wife and i own is actually a dollar store named Dollar Store. I know every one wonders how can some one make it in a business like that, but believe me there is plenty of profit involved. I am just glad i don't have to work for coperate america any more. It is lote of fun. So i figured now that i have more time i can start working on my writing again and do something i really love.

So Holly what is it you and your husband do? If it is ok to ask.
