i was sorry to read about your back trouble, and i thought 'i love you so much' was wonderful, but i thing that the reason behind the fact that no-one has replied to this post is because you haven't really given them reason to.
tell us a little bit about yourself, i know that you write love poetry, but no-one else does, until now that is, what inspires you? do you write from your own experiences? or are you an observer?

i for one am glad you like this site, chris is very proud of it, on his behalf i say thank you!

i hope you continue to enjoy your time spent here.

Thanks so much

Hollyoake for your very kind post and so glad you liked my poetry. Your post made sense and to tell you all a little about myself, I've been writing since I turned 40. I'm 50+ now. My writing happened due to a bad back and I had to retire from working. Someone suggested I write and it's the best suggestion I ever had.
Hope all your dreams come true.

best always, susie (fillerlady)

well you are the proof to show that you are never too old to start writing, i myself started way back in junior school i think i was about eight, my teachers were always saying i had an over-active imagination...

still sorry to hear about your back though.

Sorry Hollyoake! But I haven't seen your introduction so I can't very well compliment you for it, can I? But I do agree that you are a very nice person. One of the best I've met online in fact and that's based on not much more than your postings and your love of tea.

Welcome to the forums, susie! I haven't had time to check out your ebook- can we see a preview of it or something even though you're still editing it? I'm glad that you've found solace in writing- I've always been convinced that writing is as healthy, addictive, and yummy as chocolate is! That is, if you aren't allergic to chocolate Now for the standard part of my greeting:

If you post a piece of writing on the boards, do try and critique someone else's, just as a sort of community service or a pay it forward kind of thing. This is just something that I try to remember to say to all newbies whenever I drop in to greet, so don't be afraid that I'm criticizing you in particular or anything, because I'm not . Oh, and if you encounter any problems or questions, feel free to contact either Chrispian (he's the site admin) or anybody with the 5 orange squares and the title 'Moderator' under their screenname. Welcome once again to the forums and happy posting!

Hi all, hope everyone is well and everyone is great on this site! Sorry I haven't been around more, but same ol' back probs. cause that to happen. Thanks much for asking about it.
I just wanted to mention I withdrew my ebook and will start selling it again in the future. Didn't think that would happen, but what can ya do.
Thanks so much, Lily for your helpful post. My e-book is now up at http://lspbookstore.netfirms.com/fiction/poetry.htm and you can see a preview of one of my poems too. Hope you like it.

warm regards, susie
