good morning!

Good morning everyone!

My name is Eugenia, I'm from Bucharest, Romania. I'm working as physician in one of the most important medical institute in Romania (and I really love my job). I am happy to find this site as well as www.lit.org. I'm writing poetry since last year (if the lines I'm writing could be named poetry), mainly haiku. I have to admit it isn't easy for me to write poetry in English language, as I know it mainly from medical books and from songs. But I'm trying to do my best.
Nice to meet you all.

Warm regards,
Eugenia

Welcome! There isn't anything wrong with your English that I can see, particularly for poetry, where number agreement and such (the hardest part of learning a language - for me, at least) are not so important. I wrote a lot of songs in the sixties - seventies, and one can always claim "poetic license!"It's too bad my poetry is so bad no one would issue me a license!
Have fun! This is a great group!
