No, I'm not really a monkey.
Hello! I am Monkey_Man, nerd and forum newbie. After weeks of having to put up with illiterate twelve year olds, I've been searching for a forum mostly limited to those of a higher-then-average intelligence (I'm sure a lot of illiterate twelve year olds would simply say, "a riting forum/ dats sooo uncool11"... I can't stand those people). Well, I found one, and this was the unlucky forum that I'd join. I was also looking for a forum to satisfy my reading/writing urges, that wasn't full of babbling idiots (see: fanfiction.net). In esscense, hi, I'm Monkey_Man, I hate stupid people, blah, blah, blah.

The problem with stupid people is that they're so unintelligent.
But yes, illiterate 12 year olds are annoying. As are illiterate 15 year olds, which I know from personal experience. Personally, I find it more amusing than anything else when classmates make fun of me for reading.
As for higer-than-average intelligence, I'd say you've come to the write place (haha...that was a really bad pun), as unintelligent people aren't known for spending time on writing forums. :p
P.S. I've always wanted to be a monkey.

There was a Quantum Leap (if you don't know what I'm talking about, just Google it) episode where he leaped into a monkey. It was good stuff.
In any case, thanks for the welcome, and I completely agree with you. It confuses me as to how people can learn how to use a computer in the first place, yet aren't inteliigent enough to type correctly. They need to make computers more complicated!

Hmm, if twelve year olds are stupid and illiterate, then what does that make a thirteen year old? Age has little to do with intelligence, In futur, why don't you be a bit more careful about where you hand inults around to. Anyhow, on a brighter note, welcome to the writingforums, you'll soon come to know me as tiger bunny, a minor Egyptian Deity.

I wasn't saying that twelve year olds are stupid and illiterate, but that I think twelve year olds that are illiterate are stupid.
