Hi all, the name's sickness. This is my second try at posting my stuff on the web. The first was a disaster... this time around this site looks promising. Ive had alot of free time on my hands lately and alot of creativity going down the drain at the same time. It gets to me sometimes. so ive decided to write and post once more. well laters peeps.

Penelope is an unknown quantity at this point
Welcome to you. Your poetry has a definite flair. Could I suggest an avatar to round out your identity. I won't make inquiries as to the previous posting disaster. Been there, done that myself.

Welcome
I was a musician for years. The only place I've found where you have to develop a thicker skin is writer. there are those who will attack anything anyone else does rather viciously (fortunately, there are very few on this site!). You have to learn to give those people the old finger, smirk, say, "Up yours!" and know they're probably jealous -- because I've yet to find one of that type who has ever written anything worth reading him/herself.

In other words, pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and go at it again! Do it over and over again 'til you get it RIGHT! You don't have far to go.

Hello and welcome,
I have found one of the most amazing ways to kick start creativity....get a job! The moment you show up for your first day of work, you will have the most amazing flash of inspiration, and give your last drop of blood for a pencil! It always works for me!
