Hi everyone!!!
I just wanted to stop and say hi. I've been lurking around for a while now and figured I should step out from the shadows. I am currently working up the courage to post a story. First one is the hardest right?

I't not hard posting a story! All you have to do is find the right forum, copy, paste and submit! What is hard is hoping and praying someone will not only read it but actually comment! That's why I love it here. Many generous souls with good intentions. (even if they don't know an Uncle Buff)

yeah,
we're all civilazed, well most of us...okay none of us. but we aren't cannibals so i think you're fairly safe. i haven't posted a story yet, so i can't say anything about that. besides advice on building one. it's important if you like it. that's all that really matters, writing isn't about others, it's a very personal emotion. brain speech maybe. who knows...
anyway, i always like to end greetings with a movie quote. SO! "May i take you purse as usual....or for the first time?" ~The Birdcage~

Hiya Stoney .
See, I'm new too, but I'm waiting until everyone gets to know me a bit before I post my writing. That way, when they're tempted to say "My god, this is HORRENDOUS!!!", they'll think "Oh, but this is that girl that hangs out in the forum, seems like a nice enough lass", and then they'll say something more along the lines of "great work, but there is room for improvement 
Of course, if you're not a coward like me, just post your story and I'm sure you'll get some useful feedback .
