Spudded again
As usual, The Spud has got here first. I shall be required to vent forth great gouts of fury at him for no other reason than that.
Many years ago a small mariner (a seaman of "limited" height) sailed in a dingy across the bay of biscay into what appeared to be a force nine gale. This intrepid adventurer was stranded on a rock for nigh on eight and a half years. He survived on seagulls caught by hypnosis and rainwater. The stench when they picked him up was horrendous.
I apologise for I digress somewhat.
When Chalky White disappeared from the barracks early in 1954 we were most surprised when he was replaced by a man made entirely out of houmus.
Oh, again, I take too much borrow from the lie that is my point.
What was I saying? Oh yes. Welcome, new-person.
