Yeah, I know.. unoriginal title for my first post. But what are you going to do?

I'm Kat. I'm 21 years old, and have a beautiful 7month old daughter named Zoe. I've been writing for a while, working on some short stories, and am currently playing around with an idea for a fantacy novel, but I havn't decided how I'm going to start it yet. (sigh).
I've been writing a bit of poetry, too. I've just started writing poetry again after getting over my teen angst years of bad poetry.
Umm.. let's see what else about me. I run my own buisness and am a student at the GIA. through their long distance program.
Oh, and I can't spell.
That's about it for now!

Welcome to the site. I look forward to reading some of your work. I've been meaning to start writing my book this year as well and I hope to participate in National Novel Writing Month in November. Maybe we could make it a Writingforums.com event and try to get as many people to sign up as possible Just a thought.
