I did introduce myself at one point, but I've been all over the map with other things. Got a few weeks off school, so thought I'd play around with this a little. I'm a poet wanting to learn to write for stage and spoken word. The irony of this is that I have a "condition" that precludes a lot of socialization and going to plays to see what the real playwrights are doing. So what are you doing online, in books, in front of the fire in the evening (is there any fire in the evening left?) How about you copywriters out there, or graphic artists? What books are interesting, useful, experimental? What DVDs and Videos do you like and do you write for them? That's all I want to know, a tiny new thread in an embroidered quilt.

Welcome back! During the day I spend my time at the office of a group of schools, where I do the administration. Nice variation from teaching, and it allows me to do some 'paid' writing! At night I have to do the cooking, cleaning, ironing ... and then I'm thankful to be sitting before the telly or read some before going to bed!
