Greetings! I'm new around here ( I just signed up

) so go easy on me haha.
I'm one of those aspiring authors ; I've got this book I'm working on and I've got a lot of hopes for it.
The problem is, I need a place (or a community) where I can go, to improve on my writing skills.
I've gotten advice here and there but I was thinking of a place where I could get reviews. (This seems like a very good place!)
As I said, for my book to become a reality, I must improve on my writing...otherwise..it's going to spell bad-news for my book...
And I don't want that

PS: someone mentioned Writer's Workshop in one of the threads..what is that and where can I find it?

Hi there, and welcome.

I'm not sure but I think new members may have to acquire 10 posts to access the Writer's Workshop as an anti-spam measure. The same restriction goes for creating threads in the creative boards and adding signatures as well. 8 more to go for you, it's not much. Try providing critique for other members, most of them will return the favour when you post your work. Enjoy the site!

When you hit 10 posts, sometimes the forum is a bit slow in adding you to the Writer's Workshop, so if you don't see it off the bat, be patient and wait a bit.
