Good Day to You Sir's and Madam's

    Dear Writers,
Hello, i am Kricketer. Krick for short. I love to use my mind to create new worlds, from olden times to near futures. I started inspired by art, but i ended up loving to write my soul into the words of my stories. I have always dreamed of becoming a Hero and try to potray myself as something i am not in my tales. I love to share stories, but i hate praise. Never know when its true to the word i say, and i get disappointed when i dont get the reactions i hope for (constructive is destructive in my case). I tend to dwell in the realm of fantasy and on occasion come out from the rabbit hole to expierence a bit of reality before falling back in. I live in constant fear of future employement after school is over and done with and find my laziness to be a problem. I always scribble down sentences and come back, erasing, fixing, thinking of a better alternative. It hurts my mind to keep thinking how events in my stories could unfold, and i always want to please the crowd, dont I? Ah, a galliant knight named Kricketer, thats my fantasy, with an armored airship and horse of bronze. The world never needs explaining, it only needs its own rational.

Hoping to write for you soon,
    The Kricketer

P.S. I edited anything that made this intro sound odd.

    Welcome welcome.

Stop dreaming though -- become a knight a build an airship. I vote no on the horse of bronze though -- a wyvern would be cooler and more practical when you rule the skies.

Also, though: you don't like praise -- I understand that. But did you suggest you don't like criticism either? What then do you desire when you post here for feedback? Or do you not plan to?

Hi Krick, and welcome to the forums.

Welcome, Krick! Glad to see another dude from Illinois here. One other and we can buy an Admin seat.
