    Greetings, All.

    Hello, Fellow Writers!

Like so many of you, I've been writing for a while--for pleasure, mainly poetry and lyrics (though not for years); for business, "just the fact's, ma'am" material--research reports, directives, etc. I just started writing my first novel in fits and starts. I'm looking forward to hearing feedback from fellow writers and to adding what helpful comments I can to the work others. I'm just happy to find a community of those who share a passion for writing and who can appreciate the music that can be made through words. Happy Writing!

Hi and welcome to WF, River Girl.
“The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn, the bird waits in the egg, and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of realities.” ~ James Allen

"Use what talents you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best." ~ Henry Van Dyke
