Taking the plunge from VA Beach

It has been a long time since I've involved myself with an online community, but after coming to the realization that fiction writing had a permanent place in my life, I decided to find a good network of creative people. Most of my time goes into family, but I try to set aside two or three evenings for the story, and maybe I'll be dedicating an additional evening to the community here.

    Warmly,

Hi and welcome, Andrew. Hope you enjoy your time on the site.

Welcome to the forums, Andrew. VA is Virginia, right? Saw a documentary about it only yesterday evening and have put visiting Virginia on my to-be-visited list.

    Thanks for the welcome guys.
Nickie, I'm only living in Virginia momentarily, but I would strongly suggest you visit a more interesting place. Unless you love seafood. Being so close to the ocean, VA Beach is a sushi-lover's dream. We've got a lot of other ethnic foods here, and endless strip malls. The other attractions are mediocre at best, including Busch Gardens.
It's a nice enough place, but nothing to write home about. Traffic is terrible. Just giving you a head's up.

Welcome from New Orleans, the place where we cook all our seafood.
