Good morning everyone,

I am an aspiring fiction writer. I am a student finishing up university. I write and read whenever I get the time.
I read all sorts of books, and as much as I can.
I am currently working on a few writing project of my own, writing a book, writing short stories and keeping up a fresh new blog.

I hope I can post some parts of my book here to ask for feedback and advice.

PS: I already tried to cheat and post an excerpt of one of my chapter, but I wondered why I was not allowed ?

You'll find many questions easily answered if you take a few minutes to read the site rules. You'll see the tab on the main toolbar.

New members will find that there are some restrictions on their use of the site. Like all sites of this type we've suffered problems with spam. As a result it is necessary to become active on the site before some features are available. New threads cannot be started on the creative forums by members with a post count of less then ten. Fluff posts made just to build up post count may be deleted.

It's a good idea to start leaving comments on the work of others. This increases your chances of getting feedback when you post your own work.

I was simply mentioning that because I saw a few people with a signature and a thread of their own. I guess they must have a subscription.
I did post on some shorts stories I saw that were pretty interesting anyways.

You'll be able to post links in your signature and start your own creative threads once you've made the required post count. You don't need to be a subscriber for that, although only subscribers can put images in their signature.
