    What did the Greek haberdasher say to his customer?

    Now that I've despatched that terrible joke and combination ice-breaker, allow me to introduce myself:

    My name is Christopher. I live in the Northwest of England, Manchester, and I'm currently offering my services as a volunteer. I'm a member of the art community (practising artist and otherwise), a scribbler of bad stories in my leisure, and a keen book collector. I've also been lurking this place for quite a few days now!

    I like women, whiskey, wine, and making things up for my own, and others, entertainment. Nice to meet you all.

    Good to be here. I frequent a few other (non-writing) forums, though conversation pertaining specifically to the process and methods of writing were limited. I've seen some interesting conversations on here, and I'll certainly enjoy contributing to them and/or creating some myself.

    P.S: What might the other two W's be? I didn't know you could spell tobacco with a 'w'.

    Heh. I've tried the stuff in the past, though it never did much for me. I'll stick with my pipe and the occasional cigar.

    As for the wheels; well, since gaining my license two years ago, I've set foot in the driver's seat, oh... never. Such are the trappings of being penniless!
