    Another Hello

    Hello. I'm an amateur film and cultural critic with a smallish blog, and I want to improve my writing, but I can't do it on my own. Basically, I'm hoping you can help me, not just by critiquing my submissions but through reviewing and reading others' work. What I write will eventually be posted on my blog, but I do hope to try for professional publication in the future. In case you can't tell, I'm pretty nervous about this but assume I will get over it. Probably.

    Before I post anything (which won't be for a while, of course) I did want to ask: I do occasionally use naughty words in my reviews and essays. Should I edit those out before submitting here?

    Oops! When I read the rules included when signing up I assumed those at the top of the page were exactly the same so I didn't read them. Thank you for pointing that out for me.
