    hello!

    *waves shyly*

    Hi everyone, I'm useless at writing these things, so not even going to try for clever and funny and attempt honest instead.

    I've finally broken free of the nasty business writing world and I have finally made it back to the one I prefer- where fairies, magic and myth really do exist (ack well- someone has to like fantasy). I broke free long enough to write about one and a half novels (plus a tonne of notes on 3 more) one of which is now finished to a submittable standard (at least according to a test group of readers who should know- think editors and ppl from the old Crystal Ship) but so far I seem utterly unable to take the final step and am hoping that maybe some serious anonymous feedback will either convince me they're right, or tell me what I need to do until I feel right.
    Look forward to meeting you all x (or I would be if not so used to hiding behind cushions and blushing instead of talking to new people )

    Welcome to WF, Pixi! I'm a fan of Faerie, and have been really wanting some Urban Fantasy Faerie that isn't riddled mostly with sex. (October Daye series is a favorite of mine at the moment)

    I'm afraid if UFF is your fav of the moment I'm going to disapoint you. I'm much more sword and sorcery than modern day stuff. The magic I write is definately old school and if it has K's in it- it's a typo lol
