    Greetings!

    Hi everybody,

    I am a writer of short stories and poetry. I am particularly interested in mythology and historical fiction, but I am of the mind that genres are there to bent, crossed, and re-invented. I am taking a gap year before starting undergrad, and am using the time to gain writing experience and have adventures.

    I am a graduate of the 2011 Alpha SF/F/H Workshop for Young Writers. That was a great experience, and I highly recommend it to any young writer looking for encouragement from professional authors.

    I recently started a blog about a wide variety of topics that (in some way) relate to things I have been reading or writing. My latest post is a review of Hinds' interpretation of The Odyssey. Give it a read, let me know what you think!
