Thread: Eh-up

I’ve been lurking for a few days now and like what I see, so here I am. Yep you guessed it my father’s name is Joe. I’m originally from Hull (a small fishing village up north in England) and moved to Italy to finish my book. I’m a slow reader! (Eric Morecambe, gawd bless ‘im)
I didn’t start writing until I got my first computer (could never find a pen!) I’m a published poet (not vanity either), written a few short stories but only for my own pleasure. I’ve written a radio play which, I will post for your pleasure and critique. Decided the other week to write a novel, so I though, best get myself on one those forum things and pick up a few tips. Torn between first and third person at the moment but I’m sure I’ll decide one day soon.

It will be good to see a bit more activity in scripts. I seem to know quite a few people from Hull, strange thing, they all left quite early on.
