When I first got my job, I thought this. However, work is work, and after routine sets in, that's all it is--routine. Besides, what with the paycheck going to neccesites as opposed to amenities, you can't really enjoy the paycheck now can you? Paying off my car, saving up for an apartment once I graduate from high school, beating myself up for wasting money on a game (Damn you, MGS4); the idea of pay fades once you've waded in a mandatory job long enough. However, I just recently got a job hired to the local library, and I start Monday, which will be cool.

Two of the girls there who had been eyeing me during my interview are also very, very fucking cute. I may be getting a little more than a paycheck on my weekends. Hm hm.

But...yes, after working long enough, every day sucks, pay check or not. I used to work at Big Lots, and...yeah.
