it started with Saturday

none of my friends from high school had ever been to my house, my parents being complete mental cases is the reason, but that is a different story. parents gone for the day, i had them over. what do you think we are going to do, high school kids home without adult supervision? we got a bottle of whiskey and three of us downed half of it in five minutes. Jasmine, Maria, and I drank, while Elliott and Jordan made sure we didn't hit any sharp corners or kill ourselves. I'm pretty sure we are all light weights. Jasmine and I both were random and awesome when drunk. Maria was confused and depressed. while dancing in my living room i heard various remarks concerning something that had happened on the previous Wednesday, but didn't really care at the time. i quickly figured out that Jasmine had given Jordan a blow job on Wednesday. I didn't really know what to think of it, i still don't. She is supposed to be my girlfriend.. but we have an interesting relationship which i don't feel like elaborating on at this point. I'm not even sure of whats going on.

after a good deal of confusion and running around, i decided it would be a great idea to pop 8 Tylenol and lay on the floor for a bit. after doing so i immediately regretted it. Maria helped me up and onto the couch. i started crying. I'm not sure when she left, but she did within a few minutes. Elliott, my best friend, sat by me until i was able to walk without falling. i was really dizzy. i got up and walked to the next room in which Jordan, Maria, and Jasmine were now sitting. After collapsing onto Jordan i elbowed him in the crotch as hard as i could. The rest of the day is a blur. we went to the beach and then they left. i sat at home doing nothing till the sun went down then cried myself to sleep for an unspecified reason. i felt like shit the whole day.

I did nothing until Tuesday.

On Tuesday i went to the mall with Maria and Elliott. while speaking to Elliott, he told me "by the way, i know you didn't drink on Saturday, and i know you didn't actually take any pills. its ok though, I'm still your friend."
i didn't know what to say. do i want him to believe me? do i care? why doesn't he think i did?

I decided not to care what he thinks, but I'm not sure i will stick with this decision. After the mall we went to Elliott's house at which i felt crappy and went home. I'm not sure how i feel now. its been a crappy week so far.. somewhat. the only thing keeping me going is the fact that summer is near.
Maybe it will be better.

Hmmm, I would break up with Jasmine if I were you. And if I was Jasmine I would break up with you for posting this instead of addressing me personally. But you'll all get less ridiculous after high school, or you won't, but if you don't, you'll get pregnant or get a serious addiction or something to occupy your histrionic urges.

Um, since when are Tylenol "pills" in the sense you're referring to? The only thing I can imagine you're referring to besides headache pills is Tylenol 3, which are extremely weak pills, even with alcohol. Next time try Xanax with the booze. I promise you won't cry. And when you say "half a bottle," are you talking about a fifth or a handle? If it's a fifth, and three of you got drunk on half of it, high school kids have gone way down in their partying habits since my time. When I was sixteen (I was already drinking almost everyday then, I'm an alcoholic in AA so don't be like me) me and a friend split a handle of bourbon, a case of beers, and I can't remember how many tequila shots one time and I got alcohol poisoning. Fun stuff.

I thought you were going to say you guys were smoking marijuana and snorting amphetamines. You need to start drinking more and build up that tolerance if you want to survive in college. And don't cry when you get drunk. That really turns people (girls who could give YOU a blow job) off.

Oh, hmmm, I don't mean to sound judgemental, but, I came out when I was around your age as bisexual, I probably had about twelve different friends, peers, and romantic interests at the time who identified the same way. I guess I thought I was, but mostly, it was just easier to not surrender the ideas of losing that part of myself that still kind of in the back of my mind identified as heterosexual.

Anyways, five years later, all of us identify as gay. It's pretty common. I'm not going to tell you that's how things will be with you, because I hated when people would tell me that, but, I dunno, just keep an open mind about it. I'm sure you will.

oh, in case you are referring to the age on my profile, 1988 was a mistake, I am fourteen, in case it means anything. I see what you mean. my best friends identify themselves as bisexual, but all have a preference. I, however, don't. I do however think I am more picky about guys I am attracted to, but i find one gender more attractive... oh and malone im like a bit over one thirty, i dont think drinking a ton would be the best idea, and the Tylenol was in an attempt to kill myself i just got too confused to take anymore after having eight. maybe i wasnt trying to kill myself so much as couldnt think of anything else to do about the situation. im not sure.
