See, I'm not gross, I'm adorable and funny, mind you if I leave my shirt undone too much my partner buttons it with a prim "I don't think anybody wants to see that, not nice"

To butt into this conversation... (horrible pun intended; putting in self intended but not meant to be horrible).

See now, this is part of the reason men confuse me. I asked here awhile back what constituted as a "good" (female) butt, and the overwhelming answer was "big". However, on another forum I browse, someone else asked the same question, and by and large the answer was "flat". Perspectives and all, but still.

Mind you, I could just ask my partner, as his opinion in the one I care about, but nah, that would be too easy (and embarrassing, really).

Every woman should have at least one pair of good looking underwear, or, at very least, some sort of accessory that makes just about any pair look good. It's a nice confidence booster.

Oh yes I totally agree. Its like when my top got unzipped at work in the thread I wrote last week! You want to have on something other than that ratty old Ren & Stimpy bra for those rare times you get to show it off! If I'd had on some dingy white sports bra I'd never have survived that.

I asked my boyfriend how big he would say my butt is: small, medium, or large. He just said "is this one of those 'do-i-look-fat' things that women always do?"
I was just like "forget it".
I wouldn't trust him to give me and honest answer anyways, cause he would never tell me that my butt is giant.

But he has said that round-ness is necessary, you know. He said he would not be even remotely interested in a girl who has no curves (and a flat butt ruins that image).
So just the fact that hes with me says that I do not have a flat butt.

I like a nice perky butt but it's not an important thing really. I like girls who are nice and dainty but that's just me.

dainty means relatively small, delicate and pretty. That's the kind of girl I am most attracted to but it's really a small point. If you see someone you're attracted to, whether they're thin, have curves or whatever, that all goes out of the window.

I read that; it was quite amusing, but I can see how it'd be horrifying.

I only have one bra that I think would be completely humiliating if someone saw it on me. It's not that it's old or that the style's bad, but, as it turns out, black bras on really, really pale skin make me look completely flat chested and fat around that area. It's not pretty.

I know how big my butt is, but I don't know what my guy prefers. I suppose I could guess because I know just about everything else he prefers, but his physical wishlist is more or less a nightmare in genetics (which, amusingly enough, I fit (pure dumb luck)), so I never know for sure.

I assume he would tell me the truth (he's really big into that), but at the same time, he knows I'm self-conscious about that area... I don't know how that would turn out.

I could ask, but that doesn't have the best track record... Last time I asked something that took awhile for me to get up the nerve to do such, I ended up having to explain it for over half an hour, because he just didn't get the concept. That was embarrassing.

Don't listen to Mermaid Modest, he's one of those guys that are into super skinny women which he calls 'healthy'. Intel always has love for that big round bum you've got going on Modest .

My memory fades, too, MM. I don't recall dissing you or anything.

But if I missed you, let me know and I'll promptly scathe you with one of my nasty, supercilious blasts of peculiar disdain.
