Easy-going as usual

Most of my week is spent at work (a bookstore) reshelving and selling the merchandise. There is a good bit down time, mainly because a lot of people just don't go to bookstores, and when they do it is to the chains (Barnes and Nobles, Booksamillion, Amazon.com, etc.). But Tom's Bookstore is so much better. There are only three people who work there. We all work the same days and most of the time are hardly ever alone. So we talk, read, and play on the computer. I mainly type up my stories at work to save time at home.

At home is another story thought. My roommate decided to defrag my computer about three days ago (it was a nice thing for her to do but...) so I was offline for the weekend. She got me to do something for her though. To take her to the mall and carry the things she and her friends bought. Of course I wouldn't trade her for another roommate so I really can't complain...

Sounds like an episode of Friends.

Got a hardback copy of War and Peace for me?
