I Learned Something Pretty Interesting This Week. How About You?

So basically I learned how to... Wait for it... Wait for it... Hide computer files inside .jpg pictures! :O

I didn't want anyone seeing my works in progess. So I hid 'em in a picture! I wrote a 'Not To Be Sent' letter. So I hid it in a picture! I have a blackmail list. So I hid it in- Er... Probably shouldn't have said that one, eh?

Anyway, anyone else learn something interesting this week?

Foolish, prideful anger can last a long, long time. And it starts to curl from the bottom edge after three weeks also.

Seconded. It also blinds you from seeing things from another's perspective.

*spoken by a man who knows his own faults*
The sand of the desert is sodden red, -
Red with the wreck of a square that broke; -
The Gatling's jammed and the colonel dead,
And the regiment blind with dust and smoke.
The river of death has brimmed his banks,
And England's far, and Honour a name,
But the voice of schoolboy rallies the ranks,
"Play up! play up! and play the game!"

It's OK to only do half the situps. That's still more than you would have done sitting on the couch with a beer in your hand.

You can make the cursor so big it fills the whole screen and it seems like the computer has died.

Wait, no, maybe this one's my favorite. Tough call.

What'd I learn today? So far I learned that the playbacks of shows on the Food Network don't work very well but I also learned that there is such a thing as bacon gravy. Yes, you heard it here. Bacon gravy.

Pork Chops with Beer and Bacon Gravy

I don't even like beer but I want to make this.

A neighbour passed along a money-saving idea. When your socks get dirty, there's no need to throw them away and buy a new pair. You can wash them and they will be good for another three months.

The same logic can also be applied to underpants.

Anyone who needs to keep a Post-it in place for three weeks has severe organisational problems.

I look good with a bob.

    ....and....

I still go to school, but I can't think of anything off the top of my head. LOL.

I went to go and see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (no, I didn't read the book first, feel free to scold me in another thread) and I learned that every second person in Sweden will just as soon rape and kill you as look at you.

And I thought I lived in a violent city...

That's where Depends can be a real life saver. I don't think they have disposable socks yet.
