My week is as like it was: work at the family store Monday through Thursday then I spend Friday and Saturday with my grandma come home Saturday and go to church Sunday. This Thursday is Turkey Day and I will eat my belly full of good food.

Well, this time around it's Santa and his elves making the best toys around and I might not get on his good list. but most defenatly not on his bad list. I will be on his indicisive list. Yes, Santa has an indicisive list. When Santa upgraded to a laptop, it made list making easier and fun. He can now navigate the world at the touch of a button. I hope that you are on his good list this year.

Well, it's 2012 and we will see if the December 21st date will come true later in the year. But I hope that it doesn't.
My kid's birthday is December 23rd and He's asked me if he should plan to have his party a couple of days early. I've explained to him that the people who started this 'end of the world' business based on the Long Count do not understand the Maya or their calendar. No one who is well informed is certain if this is the right year or even the right century when the Long Count resets to start a new age. And no one knows what the start of a new age will bring, other than the start of a new Long Count.
Study the history of Europe just before the year 1,000. The cultural ancestors of the present 'end of the world' crowd were telling people the world would, for sure, end at midnight, December 31st, 999.
Well, garza, whatever the end date is, we will know about it as soon as it happens.
It will be something like, 'What was that noi...'
Yeah and I think that there are people who want to destroy what everyone else has at a price that others are not willing to do.
THis is the year of my classreunion and I have 2 of them. You see, I went for most of my high school years at one school (left in senior year, due to dad wanting to move to Washington State), the graduated at another. So, I still have my ring from the school that I went to and the memory of a cruise at graduation at the other school. Of course the cruise was only one night. But it will be good to see everyone that I haven't seen in 20 years. I am looking forward to both reunions.
I am here to liven up my own idiocy in this post. I am in the process of turnig another year next Friday. Iam also reminded of a time that was simple and complex. Simple in that I was a kid with no real worries . And complex in that, when I turned 7, Mount St. Helen's blew its side right off killing hundreds.
Tim is accident prone!
