    thanksgiving...

Well I had been looking forward to the holiday, until. Wife had a migraine (a plague that chases her frequently), my three year-old was being quite unruly, my wife and I had planned on splitting the day into two equal portions, one for her family and the other for mine. We left her family's house on time; mine we had to leave early, as we were walking the line that separates child-meltdowns and elation. Finally home, wife succumbing to the migraine and goes to sleep, kids get baths, medicine, clean diapers, pj's, BED.

When it came down to actually enjoying the day itself - family, nice conversation, etc...I realized that I only really got irritated and chased my son and twin girls (one year) around, I am at least thankful for that - I would rather have them to chase than not have them at all. Having a couple beers, too tired to read. Mashing buttons now.
I hope everyone had a great, or is having, a great holiday.

Happy Thanksgiving Branlees. We too have twin girls, but they are seven now. We had a good dinner and then watched some videos of our 4 kids. I wish we had taken more little movies. Take lots when they are little. Cheers!

I worked. Having a job totally rules.
