    A hell of a day...

As many of you know...I went to the hospital today..I was in my fancy little gown freezing my bee-hind off with IV in my arm and ready for the tests...when the doctor walked in took one look at my chart and said in his outside voice, "take that IV out!" Seems like if he would have injected the dye into my spine it would have called seizures. Huh? Yeppy, this was missed by five people before I was wheeled into the room.

The only one that caught it was our very own Chestersdaughter...and we didn't think that much about it. I mean if the doctors office and the hospital knew I was on it, they would have said something, right? WRONG!

All I know is I am here and I am glad to be here and I want to thank all of you for your prayers and thoughts...and to you Lisa...a big fat southern you were right, girl! remind me to listen to you from now on, thank you...lol

    I love you all...
    Terri
On the one hand Nature urges us on to this desire by associating it with the noblest, most useful, and pleasant of all her acts; and on the other hand she allows us to condemn it and flee from it as from a shameless and immodest deed, to blush at it and recommend abstinence. Are we not indeed brutes to call the very act that created us, brutish?

Wow. That was close. Thank goodness someone caught it.

Last time I had knee surgery, they gave me a marker, and I had to write, "This knee" above the knee on which they were going operate -- and initial it. Talk about CYA. That really inspired confidence.

Wow! I'm happy to hear you're okay, Terri! And you can ship some of that TP my way. I have a house full this year, and I'm tired of making trips to the store. Haha. : ) Merry Christmas!
