Thread: Gone Electric: Still another song.

Well, there's not much going on around here, so I though I'd post another tune.

This one is pretty low tech, the result of an afternoon jamming and recording. My brother is playing drums. He's down from Minneapolis and hasn't played with any regularity in ten years or so. Plus he's using a strange kit too -- but I think he did a good job. He's doing background vocals too, as is my neighbor. He just came by to drink, so I put him to work.

This one is very different than what I've posted so far. You'll probably have less fun listening to it than we had recording it.

I'd love to hear the vocals a little louder in the mix. These songs do lend themselves to a music blog; I enjoyed hearing about the recording of the song almost as much as listening to the music.

BTW, I had a bit of the tune you posted last time stuck in my head most of today. Much more painless than some tunes I've had stuck in my head before.
