My week

Okay, so this is actually the start of a new week, considering it's Monday, but I don't care. I'm so excited because I finished another short story and am three stories away from completing my goal of writing a book of short stories. Besides this, I am in a really good mood today because today is my one year anniversary. It went by so fast! Unfortunately my husband has football practice and an evening class, so we won't be able to celebrate a whole lot, but we plan to go out to eat this evening when he gets done with everything. So that's it, that's why I'm happy, and that is enough for me.

Grunthor broke into a gigantic grin. "Oh, goody! An' it ain't even my birthday! Thank you, sir." He proceeded back up the tunnel, whistling a merry tune. -The Assassin King, Chap. 47, pg. 415

Kick ass. Sounds like you've made it over the first hump in the marriage.
