Finally getting somewhere!
YAY! So I was just informed that Semaphore Magazine has accepted one of my short story pieces for publication in their next magazine! WHOOPIE!
This is my first and certainly not my last!
Cheers,
Linz

Way to go! Congrats. You might have to change your user name to Raging Success.

Are they an online only publication? I've never heard of them. Still, congratulations. What's the story called? I'll give it a read when it's out.

Seven,
Yeah it's an online publication and its free but I'm actually getting paid! Not much mind you, but token success is still success http://www.freewebs.com/semaphoremagazine/
The story is called "Help" and you may have seen it in the Writer's Workshop a while ago.
Joseph,
Thanks a lot! I've submitted this story to several magazines so to have it finally picked up is a huge boost!
Thanks to everyone in the WW who helped me lovingly edit my piece! It has definitely been a part of my success!
Cheers,
Linz

Congratulations, Linz! It always makes me feel optimistic to see that someone has finally managed to break into print. Means there's still hope. Way to go!

I looked it up -- and I remember reading it. Good job.
I also checked out the pub. Looks nice. When will the issue with your story come out?

LOL...I adore the irony of a story called "Help" appearing in Semaphore magazine. Congratulations. Many happy returns.

HEY! Sempahore's September Issue is out and ready to be viewed! You'll find yours truly as well as others in this excellent publication. Also, check out her cover art, it's amazing!
Cheers,
