Hello everyone, So nice to be here....my name is Clare and I'm a beginner writer. I've written a few articles now and looking forward to possibly having some critiqued, to work on my struggle areas. At the moment I'm doing my Diploma of Journalism (freelance writing & editing) which I'm really enjoying and plan on continuing in other areas to further my knowledge. I'd love to hear what others are doing and how you got into writing - if you work and get paid for what you do, or if you do it simply for the adoration of it. I feel like I have so many questions to ask of people in this industry.....Im such a newy to it LOL. Lets get the discussion boards rolling Clare.
Hi, Clare! What a nice group you've started. I'm an aspiring writer, and have been working at it seriously for five years. I've completed three manuscripts thus far, but they were more or less practice works. ^_^ Currently I'm writing in a much more serious YA fiction, and I've been doing some self-teaching on my weak points.
